I love this series so much! These special editions are so unique and beautiful. They are very high quality and arrived in perfect condition!

So I must of missed the no replacement for damaged items in transit with internationally customers. The books did arrive damaged as this was due to them being put in a box with no foam padding or bubblewrap on the outside of them. Being placed in two boxes specifically for 4 books instead of one big one with foam padding would of reduced the damages on the box. I did reach out and was offered a 30% discount to keep the books or a full refund to send them back to USA. It would of cost me $150 AUD easy to send them back so I took the discount and kept the books. I would make sure to read the fine print before purchasing because it still cost me over $200AUD to have 4 damaged books that is really annoying and expensive. Extra care to add protection to the books would eliminate this from happening in the future. I understand being a small business and not making that much profit but these got damaged cause they were not properly packaged to begin with. I wish I never purchased them.

I understand you are upset your books got damaged but putting that all on how they were packaged and not on the people who are actually handling and delivering it is really not fair. I have packaged hundreds of books the same way in those same boxes and they have never been damaged. The books are cellophane wrapped and put in an extremely sturdy box that has then also been put inside of a polymailer for extra protection. The reason your books were shipped in two different boxes is because shipping them all together in a foam container in a larger box would've cost you twice as much in shipping. I also put on there that it would be shipped in two separate boxes. I did a lot of work to make sure that these would be able to be shipped international and it also cost me about $20 per box just to ship them international of my own money. Again, I am sorry that your books got damaged. I never want that for anyone and I'm sorry you wish you never purchased them.
